DESCRIPTION:On Sunday, April 12, the Lewisburg Arts Council invites you to join scratchboard artist Lynn Kibbe, selected as the 2026 Lewisburg Arts Festival’s Featured Artist, for a behind-the-scenes look at how this unusual art form is created.\nTypically a black-and-white medium, Kibbe’s work is enlivened with color. In her presentation, she will share techniques for creating and adding color to her scratchboard pieces.\nThe presentation will take place at The Gallery, 15 N Water Street, Lewisburg, beginning at 1:00 PM.
