Community Open Sew
Open Sew is for sewists of all levels who are looking for a spacious and friendly place to work, get a bit of advice, and build community. Open Sew will have an advanced sewist available to help with troubleshooting and give plenty of encouragement! At the beginning of each session, you’ll have an opportunity to tell us a bit about your project and be inspired by what others are creating.
Please bring your sewing machine and basic tools plus materials specific to your own project. Several large cutting mats, ironing board and iron will be provided.
The gallery space is up one short flight of stairs. If you are unable to walk up, please contact us via e-mail no later than 48 hours ahead of class to discuss accommodation options.
Please consider joining the Lewisburg Arts Council so we can continue to bring inspiring workshops to the community.
Open Sew sessions will be held from 6:30-9pm on Monday, October 28th, November 11th, December 2nd and 16th.
10 spots available at each session. You can register for one sessions at a time, if you would like to register for additional dates please submit the form again. Register below to reserve your space. Participants must be age 16+.
