Handmade Parade Drum Brigade Workshop

Join the 2026 Handmade Parade Crew for a bucket-drum and prop assembly workshop at the Arts Council Headquarters on Water Street from 2-5 pm. Come by and help us prepare for the parade of the year by assembling sparkling streamers, adorning the pots and pans chimes, and decorating flags to celebrate our beloved Susquehanna River. We will also be assembling and decorating the bucket drums for the parade drum brigade, followed by a drumming workshop with head percussionist Urie Kline.

This is an all ages event, but humans under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

No registration is necessary.
