About Penn Central Wind Band:
The award-winning Penn Central Wind Band is delighted to return to Music In The Park, for what will be its 25th year! They will be bringing uplifting, foot tapping music as well as patriotic and timeless tunes by the greats such as John Philip Sousa.
The Penn Central Wind Band is an all -volunteer group of great musicians, many of whom are professional performers and music teachers, under the direction of William Kenny, who has been a professor of music at Bucknell for over three decades.
They are sponsored by Bucknell University as a service to the region.
